RETURN POLICY

The Customer may return the products provided with the reason that it has generated by any fault attributable to Natu'Or, either by mistake in the shipment or poor condition of the products. The return must be made within the first 72 hours of receiving the package, without incurring the shipping costs. For this, it is important that you inform us of the case through the email info@natuorcosmetica.com, and that you maintain the packaging conditions as it was received.

If the client wishes to return the product due to a change of opinion or due to an error in the purchase, the cost of the return will be borne by the Customer.

 

In both cases, the full refund of the money will be made once we have the products in our hands. We will not refund money for uncovered products or returned in poor condition.
